☀️HEALING HABITS - PART 1☀️
I used to feel tired all the time!
But with two small children I didn't have lots of spare time for long meditations, or spa days!
Instead I started focusing on small, consistent daily habits that aligned my energy, cleared my mind, and helped me feel truly me again.
I called these Healing Habits
I created a habit tracker and tracked these over time.
Soon enough I started to make the links between my energy levels and my healing habits - when I was doing them I felt better, when I wasn't I felt tired again.
These are simple everyday tasks anyone can do even if they have little children, juggle a job, and only have a spare few moments each day
