A few updates for you in 2026

🌿We have moved!🌿

We have moved from the Spearwood location and will be working from home instead.

All gift vouchers issued are still valid and can be used for in person or distance healings

🌿 Focus on Coaching 🌿

Although I will still be available for healings and readings I will be shifting my focus to coaching for start up and emerging healers as collectively I can help more people that way

☀️HEALING HABITS - PART 1☀️

I used to feel tired all the time!

But with two small children I didn't have lots of spare time for long meditations, or spa days!

Instead I started focusing on small, consistent daily habits that aligned my energy, cleared my mind, and helped me feel truly me again.

I called these Healing Habits

I created a habit tracker and tracked these over time.

Soon enough I started to make the links between my energy levels and my healing habits - when I was doing them I felt better, when I wasn't I felt tired again.

These are simple everyday tasks anyone can do even if they have little children, juggle a job, and only have a spare few moments each day

And that’s exactly what I want to share with you in the Healing Habits program I am running again in the new year. 💫

✨ REIKI IS MAGIC ✨

Episode 2

Here isy own personal story about how I came to the world of Reiki and one of the many reasons why I think Reiki is magic

✨

When I had my first baby I had a lot of trouble feeding and had lost the ability to fall asleep. It wasn't good at all and I was at breaking point

Luckily I knew a Reiki practitioner who was also my Art therapist at the time and she was able to do a distance healing for me.. thanks Amber!

After the healing everything changed.
✨I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders
✨We approached feeding from a totally new perspective
✨We included bottle feeding which meant I could sleep again!

But there is more!

The healing also picked up that I had unlocked my healing abilities.. that these dormant gifts had been awakened!

At the time I thought nothing of it.. but 9 years later look at how accurate it was!

So if your healing (as a practitioner or client) isn't quite landing maybe it's not relevant just yet... But every so often go back and see if the words are ringing true for you
