The children sure finished the pasta in no time. They had it even for lunch at School and snacked the LOs when they got home.

Ingredients:

Rigatoni jumbo pasta
Ground beef
Pasta Sauce
Oregano
Butter
Garlic powder
Whipped Cream
Cream cheese
Velvetta Cheese
Mozarella Cheese

Parmesan cheese when ready to serve

Sorry I do not measure but only eyeball everything 😆.

I Get Tired Too

Being the strong one doesn't mean I never get tired. Being the responsible one doesn't mean I never need help. And being the eldest doesn't mean I always know what to do. Sometimes I just want to put everything down for a moment and breathe. I think that's something many eldest children need to hear: you are allowed to be cared for too.

Some families have a family group chat. Some families have the eldest child. 😂 Somehow, you become the person people call when they don't know what to do. You give advice, help solve problems, explain things, and try to keep everyone calm. It's nice to be trusted, but sometimes I remind myself that I don't have to fix everything just because I'm capable of helping.
