Some customers near North Bay / Corbeil may be experiencing Mobility service interruptions this week as Bell’s network infrastructure was damaged due to copper theft. We are working to repair the damage and restore services levels by end of the week.
Copper theft continues to be a growing issue. These incidents are causing numerous customer outages including access to critical emergency services like 9-1-1. We ask anyone who witnesses suspicious activity in the vicinity of telecom infrastructure to contact local law enforcement. Thank you for your patience.
