This week at Coldstream Rod Shop Derek works on wiring the 1933 5 Window Coupe and boy, does it have it's issues. Watch along and see if he figures it out. He also installs the wiper motor, wiper arm along with the emergency brake handle and cables.
The 1927 T Coupe gets a new passenger side rear wheel well and a visit from it's owner has a possible 'chop' coming soon.
We also have a new arrival. Another 5 Window Coupe that needs some body work.

To chop or not to chop, that is the question! 🤔 If so, how low does it go? 🤯 This 1927 Model T Coupe is currently undergoing some incredible metal work magic in our shop, and after all the intricate reconstruction and fabrication is done, does it get a chop to give it that sleek, low-profile look? 💥 Or do we keep it original and preserve its vintage charm? 🤔 The possibilities are endless, but the decision is crucial! 🤝 What do you think, folks? Should we take the plunge and chop the top or keep it as is? 🤔 Let us know in the comments! 💬

This week we added "Extra Footage" so you can watch all the action as Derek works.
Fitting the deck lid for the 27-T took a bit more work than Derek thought, but with a few modifications and the removal of an old rubber seal he got it looking great. Back to the wiring on the 33 5 Window with hooking up the horn, fans and checking connections on various lights that takes most of the week. There's also the issue on our 29 Model A that needs resolve.

This week at Coldstream Rod Shop Derek works on the 1927 Model T Coupe, replacing the rear corners and tail pan with new metal pieces. A trip to a friends place to use his louver press has him finishing the hood for the 1933 5 Window Coupe and the deck lid for the 1932 Roadster (aka 'The International Roadster'). He also takes 'The Camera Lady's Roadster to a car show in Liverpool, Nova Scotia and takes home an award for 'Top Ten'.

More progress this week as Derek spends his time working on the 1933 5 Window Coupe. He completes the exhaust system and works on the wiring harness. Making a bracket he installs the Model A tail lights and the radiator gets a coat of black paint.

This week at Coldstream Rod Shop, it's mid summer and the weather is hot. Derek takes it easy in the garage and works only on one old hot rod...the '33 coupe. He gets the grille shell installed along with the hood and headlights, then it's on to installing one side of the exhaust system.
