🎨 NOW ON – “SIDE BY SIDE” ART EXHIBIT

Explore “Side by Side: Phylis U’Ren and Keira U’Ren” at the Ailsa Craig Arts Centre, featuring the work of two generations of artists.

The exhibit is open Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 1-4pm through September 19. Stop in, take your time, and enjoy this unique local art experience!

The answer is the Bluebird Parkette in downtown Watford at the corner of Ontario and Nauvoo Road. The space previously held the local Bluebird Restaurant, which was a popular community landmark in the 1970s and 1980s. After a fire damaged the old building, the site was cleared and turned into a parkette.

💦 THIS FRIDAY — Cool Off with the Crew! 🚒
Back by popular demand! The Strathroy-Caradoc Fire Department is bringing Cool Off with the Crew back to the Strathroy Fairgrounds this Friday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm for another evening of water activities, family fun, and a chance to meet your local firefighters.

Come ready to get wet and cool off! Bring a towel and wear clothes you don't mind getting soaked.

Free for all ages — no tickets or registration required!

THIS SATURDAY! Come out for a full day of hockey, family fun & community spirit — all in support of the Alvinston Arena Floor Fund!

🌙 THE NIGHT MARKET IS STILL ON — AND IT’S STILL GOING TO BE AMAZING! 🌙

A little weather isn’t taking the night out of our Night Market! 💚

With thunderstorms and strong winds in the forecast, we’re moving the Mount Brydges Night Market inside the Caradoc Community Centre — but we’re bringing as much of that Night Market atmosphere with us as possible!

✨ String lights
🛍️ Tons of local vendors & shopping
🍔 Food & drinks
🎨 Kids Zone
🎶 Live entertainment
🍻 Outdoor seating to sit, eat & enjoy a drink
🎸 Our outdoor space will still be used for the bands and entertainment, weather permitting!

We’re filling the Community Centre with vendors, lights and that fun evening-market atmosphere, while still making use of the outdoor space for food, music and seating whenever the weather allows.

So don’t think “indoors = cancelled.” Quite the opposite. 🙌

This is going to be a BIG night in Mount Brydges, and we cannot wait to see the community come out and make the very first Mount Brydges Night Market one to remember. 💚
