Video Production Manager
How does video production help clients tell their stories?
Creating a video, especially with onsite filming, helps clients tell their stories because it offers a look into their operations and personalities. Everything from the people to the process to the product. My goal is to create a narrative perspective that encompasses more than just a video. I believe that filming on location adds more depth to what we create, making our visuals speak louder than words ever could.
What is your favorite part of working with clients?
I'm genuinely interested in what people are passionate about, so I love it when I get the opportunity to film with someone who enjoys showing us what they do or have created. It makes me feel wholesome to get an opportunity like that!
What do you love about working with PENDA?
I love working with the team behind the projects. Since I joined, I've had the opportunity to work closely with just about everyone on the team, and they really encourage creative ideas and trust my instincts which I couldn't ask for more. It's been a thrilling journey, and I believe our work truly reflects the energy and passion we put into it.
Do you have an exciting moment or highlight memory from any of the shoots with PENDA?
During one of my earliest shoots, we got rooftop access to capture a sunset timelapse in Toronto. Watching the city skyline transform from a downtown skyscraper was an unforgettable experience. It seems like such a simple memory, but it stands out because I felt like I was exactly where I wanted to be, doing exactly what I wanted to do as a career.
