There had been a lot of debate around AI and what it can and can’t do for us! And what it should and shouldn’t do for us! All the way through the day I think it does come down to perspective and balance. Technology advancements in technology will always play a role in our lives but I think we’re all struggling is to find that balance. Where does technology meet humanity and visa versa.

In 2015 the owner of a dog named Duke actually went into a diabetic coma - and his beautiful Golden Retriever ran around frantically going door-to-door - trying to get the attention of the neighbours in the area and people passing by on the street - and finally one of the neighbours caught on - followed Duke back to the house and discovered that the owner was unconscious! Doctors later said that if it wasn’t for Duke’s quick actions - it was likely that Duke would not have survived! We really do owe our lives to these incredible animals! All they want to do is share time with us and receive some love!

I can’t express enough how much has an impact on our lives! He is a beautiful treasure that always literally wants to give us all of his positive energy and improve our day - in every way possible!

I can’t close off this post without mentioning - because they truly work harder than ever to save so many lives and treat over 1000+ cats and dogs every single year! The team of 16 who moved from Israel to Costa Rica a few years ago - had a dream to create a safe place for our furry friends and really make sure that any injured or uncared for animals - had a place to call home! Thank you so much to you all for the incredible and continued work that you all do to make this dream a reality for so many beautiful animals. They are grateful and we are grateful for all that you do! 🐶🐱🙏

Happy World Heritage Day, everyone!

Today, we're celebrating cultural diversity and the beauty it brings to our world. And speaking of cultural diversity, we want to introduce you to someone who's been navigating the ins and outs of a new culture like a boss - when I first arrived in France for university, I was a little overwhelmed by all the new sights, sounds, and smells. But I soon realized that embracing the French way of life was the key to happiness and success in this new environment.

I started by mastering the art of the French kiss...err, we mean, the French language! I listened to French radio, watched French TV shows, and even practiced speaking with a French accent (although I still can't quite get that rolling "r" right).

I also became an expert in French cuisine. I learned how to make crepes, mastered the art of cheese pairing, and even started drinking wine with My meals (hey, it's a cultural thing!).

Through my experiences, I learned that the key to integrating into a new culture is to have an open mind, a sense of humor, and a willingness to try new things. And most importantly, I learned that cultural diversity is what makes our world so beautiful and interesting.

So here's to YOU and all the other cultural explorers out there - keep embracing new experiences, and always remember to add a little bit of your own unique flavor to the mix! Happy World Heritage Day! 🎉🌎🎊

As we celebrate National Pet Day - I am reminded of the wonderful time that we spent with the centre in ! They do some incredible work with animals and work to heal and restore the lives of so many beautiful cats and dogs! 🐶🐱Let’s take this time to celebrate our pets and all that they do for us! And to celebrate all of the amazing individuals around the world that do so much to help out all of those incredible animals!

International Women’s Day is coming up tomorrow - so you know we had to put up a post about this!

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the incredible women who are out there inspiring us all to be our best selves and to go after am everything that we want in this life - and also sending a message out there to thank all of the men who support us through it all! Nothing in life happens without a team and a community!

‘’You don’t turn your back on family, even when they do’’!

A famous quote from and something that I have been thinking a lot about as we come off of !

As the years go on - I am finding myself trying to understand and define a number of things in my life - what does family mean - how far can love go - what does it all mean really? But at the end of the day - we really have a good sense of who family is and where we want to spend our time!

We also create our families! And has definitely been a joy to have around - what a beautiful addition to our little family! 🐶

Having just spent time with family this long weekend - I find myself relishing in those beautiful moments spent with continue to remind myself how grateful I am for those memories! One of the other things that I have also been thinking a lot about is what really defines family and who family really is? Family can be blood - but family can also be those who are not blood related. And those who are supposed to be in your life and in your circle will find their way there and will remain there!

Now moving on to the next movie scheduled to come out! . What do we all think about that? Is it going to the the last Fast & Furious movie? Should it be?

In the Shower Thoughts 🚿💦💭

Title: Alien Encounter 👽🛸

I am a dreamer when I’m awake and I also have a lot of interesting dreams when I’m fast asleep! 😴 There are so many speculations around what happens when we dream - some say that our souls step out and travel around - have all of these experiences and then come back into your body before you wake up! Some have said that they have encountered aliens and have had real experiences with them - some of those memories blurred and some of those memories quite clear.

I had a dream recently where I was brought to this really dark place - and then this one light came on and it was a room filled with metal tables - kind of like the ones you see in the morgues. I was startled by that but tried to stay calm. Then this being approached me and I honestly couldn’t make out the shape - I was trying to open my eyes - but I could barely see! That part has definitely happened to me before in dreams - but the rest was so unfamiliar to me!

Then I heard a voice say something in a language I had never heard - but I did see that they had asked the other being in the room to hand over an object. It looked like a needle but had this light on the end of it. Now I was freaking out and started moving around my hands and feet to see if I could get up - but it was impossible - I think I was tied to the table! Was this sleep paralysis? 🤔

Then I heard a deeper voice say something - it was intense - almost like an order was just delivered to the others. And it sounded like they were upset!

Someone put their hands under my body to lift me up and took me to another room. I reached out to touch whatever/whomever was in front of me and we touched for about 2 seconds then I woke up!

Phewff - it was all a dream I said to myself. But then I looked down and saw something gooey on my ankles. It was a transparent substance - and had no scent. So weird - I head to the washroom to take a shower and on my way out - I look over at my mirror that was all steamy - and it said ‘Nice to meet you’! 😱
