We spent a few days exploring the Tetons, trying to avoid the summer crowds as much as possible and find parts of the park we hadn’t seen before.

That little air blower we’ve been carrying around for over a year to clean dog hair off our computers finally found a much better use. Now we’re using it to blow the dust and dirt off the entry steps of the EarthRoamer. After barely touching it for the first year, we’re using it pretty much every time we get to camp. It’s one of those simple little tools that suddenly becomes a must-have once you find the right use for it.

We had a very rainy week just outside Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Our original plan was to mountain bike Jackson Hole Resort, but after hanging around the resort in the rain waiting for the lifts to open, we decided it was time for a change of plans. We ended up finding an incredible dispersed campsite along a creek instead, and sometimes those unexpected adventures turn out to be the best ones.

We made it up to the Red Hill Fire Tower in Hells Canyon, and the views did not disappoint. The wildflowers were absolutely stunning, adding even more color to an already incredible landscape. It’s amazing how many beautiful places there are to discover around Hells Canyon.

The Sawtooths just feel different. Those jagged peaks, crystal-clear lakes, and wide-open landscapes make this area hard to beat. We spent our time exploring different lakes, finding some great places to mountain bike, and just enjoying being in such an incredible place. The more time we spend here, the more we understand why we love the Sawtooths so much.

We had an amazing time exploring the Sawtooths in Idaho with a group of fellow EarthRoamer owners during an EarthRoamer Adventure. This area wasn’t even on our radar before this summer, but after spending time here, it has quickly climbed to the top of our list of places we want to come back to. Between the incredible scenery and endless adventures the Sawtooths really surprised us.

We spent some time exploring northern Idaho, starting with a few days of downhill mountain biking at Schweitzer. From there, we headed to Lake Pend Oreille for some swimming before making our way to Coeur d’Alene for dinner and a walk along the lake. Northern Idaho has such a great mix of mountain biking, lakes, and fun towns to explore.

Spending time along the lake in northern Montana is one of our favorite things to do. Having waterfront access with no one else around feels pretty special, especially when you can wake up, step outside the EarthRoamer, and have the lake right there. It’s one of the biggest reasons we love exploring Montana in the summer.
