Natural Resources are urgently seeking on behalf of their client several CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEADERS as follows who will be based in Qatar on a married or single status working for our client’s Supply Chain Localisation Department. The purpose of these positions will be to lead the development of the eco-system to meet requirements of the Energy and Industrial sector and support the State’s economic diversification objective.

CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEAD (SUBSURFACE – SUPPLY CHAIN) Lead the development Offshore supplier eco-system
CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEAD (SHIPPING & MARINE) Lead the development of the Shipping and Marine eco-system
CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEAD (DIGITAL & DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY) - Lead the development of the Digital and Analytics business/digital & disruptive technology eco-system
CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEAD (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) lead the development of the maintenance, repair and overhaul supplier eco-system
CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION LEAD (ENGINEERING) Lead the Engineering supplier eco-system

Experience/Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years professional experience in supply chain function.
• Good understanding of the local Qatari market.
• Experience in the Off-shore services in oil and gas sector.
• Experience in dealing with international Oil and Gas service companies.
• Experience in Supplier development with exposure to Small and Medium Enterprises highly desirable
• Experience in successfully developing and executing supply chain localization programs.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and influencing skills.
• Ability to think strategically and balance diverse objectives and expectations.
• Experience in working in large multi-national corporations.
• Proven track record in delivering high quality results.
• University Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain/Science.
