Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We're seeking an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, or clients to generate leads, sales, or promote products/services.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to targeted audiences.
2. Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales.
3. Promote products/services and answer customer inquiries.
4. Handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
5. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4. Goal-oriented and results-driven.
5. Familiarity with CRM software (optional).
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
7. 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
2. Fresher and Experience.
3. Knowledge of industry-specific products/services.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Work from home
- 6 days a week Sunday holiday
- 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or as per business requirements)
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: 4,000 - 6,000 per month as a experience
