Expressing serious concern over yet another instance of paper leakage in recruitment examinations, the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Conference (JKPC) has questioned the lack of accountability and the uncertainty looming over the future of aspirants. Party spokesperson Rizwan Ashraf said the repeated scams have shattered the trust of educated youth in the system. Meanwhile, JKPC youth leader Sheikh shahzad accused the National Conference (NC) of being responsible for fostering such irregularities during its tenure.
