MY Bharat in collaboration with EK Sahara Foundation (NGO) Successfully Organise 2-Day Cluster of Block Sports Meet
The spirit of sportsmanship and unity soared as the My Bharat Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports’ Government of India in collaboration with EK Sahara Foundation (NGO) successfully concluded a 2-Day Cluster of Block Sports Meet where participants from Block Rajouri, Thanamandi, Doongi and Darhal.The event, which saw the participation of over 250 youth, aimed to foster community spirit, promote fitness, and unearth grassroots sporting talent.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Ms. Shama Sharma, Sub-Judge and Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), who highlighted the importance of sports in youth development and legal awareness.
Competitive Events. DLSA members including Chief LADC Rajouri Adv. Rajesh Sharma also graced the occasion.
The Sports Meet featured a range of engaging team and individual competitions, drawing enthusiastic participation: Team game for Boys: Volley Ball. Individual game for Boys: 200mtr race and Shot Put l. Team game for Girls : Tug-of-war. Individual game for Girls: Badminton and Skipping Rope.
The concluding award ceremony celebrated the achievements of all participants. The event was honored by the Chief Guest, Adv. Naseem Liaqat, DDC Chairperson, who distributed awards and lauded the organizing bodies for their successful community initiative.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, officials, and key members of the organizing teams, underscoring the collaborative effort behind the meet:
