This evening, I found a plastic bag on the roadside — it was moving slowly. I was a bit confused, but when I opened it, I discovered two newborn puppies inside. How could someone discard such innocent and defenseless animals like this? Especially after the plastic ban, just throwing them away like garbage — is there no mercy left for these helpless creatures? It seems the person who did this truly lacks any compassion for animal babies. I've taken both puppies to my room now.
