Part One of our ReNOKA Comic Strip Series has come to an end and what a journey it’s been!
From the rise of the terrifying Kholumolumo to the courage of young Lerato, we saw how unity “kopano ke matla” helped protect the land.
Together, we:
🌿 Fought invasive species like sehalahala
🔥 Stopped burning of grass as it depletes the soil
🐄 Practiced rotational grazing
📚 Shared wisdom from Grandfather Koena.
Lerato reminded us that anyone can be a ReNoKA champion by respecting nature and coming together to protect water and land.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Kopano Comic Strip Competition and tuned in to PCFM Lesotho every Saturday at 9:30AM!
The journey doesn’t end here, let’s keep protecting our land and water together!

The Reporter Lesotho

The Reporter Newspaper is a new baby in this competitive media market, we aim to be an alternative voice that speaks for the poor and downtrodden in our beautiful country. We will strive to highlight the achievements of Basotho in all different facets of life. We intend to leave politics to others.

We vow to be the first to give prominence to community and developmental issues that happen in the country. Lesotho has a potential to rise above its debilitating challenges. Like Rwanda, it can grow to be the best it can be, a shining example of what a people committed to the betterment of their lives can achieve.
