"The Curse of the Gilded King." This is not a haunted house. It is a 45-minute, interactive escape game adventure where your team of Curse-Breakers will solve challenging puzzles, uncover secrets, and interact with live spectral characters on a mission to finally bring peace to the King.

Your Mission:

Assemble Your Team: Gather your crew of 2-5 friends or family members.

Solve the Mysteries: Test your wits against multi-layered puzzles designed to challenge your logic and teamwork.

Break the Curse: Find the five lost fragments of the Royal Seal and present them to the King to rewrite a legend.

The weekend of innovation has officially begun!

​We are Geekin' is incredibly proud to partner with JCI City Plus Mauritius as a sponsor for the Techstars Startup Weekend Mauritius.

What an incredible week for the Mauritian creative community! We are thrilled to announce that the very first The Geek's Game Jam, organized by We are Geekin' in partnership with the Institut français de Maurice (IFM), was a resounding success.

Our goal was simple: to create a vibrant community of indie game creators in Mauritius. The response was beyond our expectations, with more than 45 talented individuals and teams participating. We were blown away by the quality and creativity of the 15 games submitted under our "Unwritten Chapters of Mauritius" theme.

This past Friday, we were proud to celebrate these achievements at our prize-giving ceremony at the IFM. The atmosphere was electric as we showcased the amazing work and rewarded our winners. A huge congratulations to:

• The Grand Prize winner: The Last Dodo

• The Runner-up: The Legacy of La Bourdonnais

• The "Coup de Cœur du Jury": Chachi

• The Best Board Game: The Last Dodo

A massive thank you to our sole partner and sponsor, the Institut Français de Maurice (IFM), for their invaluable support.

The success of this first edition proves that the future of game creation in Mauritius is bright. We are excited to continue this journey and can't wait to see what our community creates next.
