Born as Roberto Stramaccioni, FORMEK has been connected with music from an early age. Starting with mixing techno at just 13 years old, he quickly developed a passion for the underground rave movement and the sounds that shaped the early 90s.

After exploring different musical worlds including techno, psytrance and big beat, Roberto found his true expression in hardcore combining all his experiences into a unique and powerful sound.

After years of performing and releasing music, including vinyl releases on IMFTB Records, he became part of Overdrive Events and later founded Overdrive Records together with Danytribe.

In 2016, FORMEK joined the legendary Cenobite Records family, bringing together his psychedelic influences and hardcore roots into a distinctive sound full of energy, atmosphere and depth.

His performances include events such as D-Boy Invasion Switzerland, Toxic Hardcore, 2HARD4U, Lake Parade, Overdrive Events, Demolition, Mokum Fking Hardcore** and Machines In Motion 3.0 – Cenobite 20 Years.
