The Philippine Embassy will conduct "Consular Services Mission" on September 12 and 13 at Aksjemøllen Hotel, Elvegata 12, 2609 Lillehammer. ADVISORY: CONSULAR SERVICES MISSION IN LILLEHAMMER
The Embassy will be conducting a consular services mission at the Aksjemøllen Hotell, Elvegata 12, 2609 Lillehammer at these dates and times.

- 12 Septemer 2026 (Saturday): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 13 September 2026 (Sunday): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The consular services to be rendered are as follows:
- Passport (secure appointment at passport.gov.ph)
- Civil Registry (Reports of Birth/Marriage/Death)
- Notarial Services and Legalization of Documents
- Dual Citizenship (Retention/Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship) and Oath-taking
- Labor Services (Contract Registration, Overseas Employment Certificate issuance, OWWA membership)

FOR PASSPORT APPLICANTS please schedule an appointment at: http://www.passport.gov.ph/. Choose Europe for Region, Norway for Country, PE Oslo-Outreach in Lillehammer for Site.

For DUAL CITIZENSHIP, kindly send requirements at [email protected] with subject Dual Citizenship-Lillehammer and await further advice for your oath-taking schedule.

OTHER REMINDERS:
Hard copies of the completed forms and documentary requirements (original and photocopies) are to be collected by the consular services mission team at the venue on the day of the appointment.

Passport applicants must also bring and submit self-addressed and self-stamped envelopes for the postage of their passports, when these are ready for release. (Small envelope can contain a maximum of 2 passports; big envelope can contain a maximum of 4 passports or ROB/ROM documents.)
