The Office of the Governor has announced the suspension of classes at all levels, both public and private in the Province of Romblon, due to forecasted inclement weather conditions that may be brought about by Typhoon Opong.

Please stand by for further announcements regarding the scheduled Long Test 2 for the First Quarter.

The Office of the Municipal Mayor has announced the suspension of classes at all levels, both public and private, as well as work in government offices in the Municipality of Odiongan, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 97, due to possible heavy rains that may be brought about by Super Typhoon Nando.

𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 | Setyembre 21, 1972, idineklara ni Ferdinand Marcos Sr. ang Martial Law at walang pag-aatubiling ipinasara ang mga pahayagan, radyo, at telebisyon. Ang pamamahayag ay isinailalim sa bakal na sensura at ginawang instrumemto upang tabunan ang katiwalian, pasismo, at pandarambong sa estado.

Mula sa hanay ng mga kabataang mamamahayag ay tumindig ang mga martir ng pamamahayag—mga estudyanteng hindi umurong sa panunupil at piniling ialay ang kanilang buhay para sa katotohanan.

With graceful footwork and crisp timing, Jericho Cezar and Haley Minano of Philippine Science High School – MIMAROPA Region Campus (PSHS-MRC) Cha-Cha’d their way to a bronze medal finish in the Latin category of the Odiongan Dance Sport Competition held on August 31 at the Odiongan Covered Court.

Mula sa mga panulat na humuhubog ng katotohanan sa ating kampus, hanggang sa mga mamamahayag na sinisikil ng tanikala, hindi matitinag ang paninindigan para sa isang malaya, makatarungan, at makamasang pamamahayag.

Sa gitna ng magulong sistema at walang humpay na panunupil, ang pamamahayag ay patuloy na nagiging sandata ng katotohanan at kalayaan. 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗼, at hanggang tumitibok ito, hindi kailanman ito maglalaho.

Sapagkat ang malayang pamamahayag ay hindi lamang karapatan—ito ay isang tungkulin at panata sa bayan.

Mahigit apat na dekada na ang nakalipas nang sabihin ni Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. ang mga salitang, “The Filipino is worth dying for.” Ngunit kung titingnan natin ang kasalukuyang kalagayan, masasabi ba nating ang mga Pilipino ay tunay na ipinaglalaban, o isa pa rin tayong lipunang paulit-ulit na nabibiktima ng parehong siklo ng kapangyarihan at pananagutan?

The suspension will take effect on July 23, 2025, due to continuous heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon, as stated in Memorandum Circular No. 90.
