This month the Milky Way will be visible in some of the designated "dark" areas such as Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park (Okeechobee, FL) or Groveland, FL which is the first city in the Southeastern United States certified as an International Dark Sky Community.

Hello, Alana here! Happy Best Friends Day!
This is a collage of my BFF Phyllis and me over the years. Phyllis relocated to Heaven almost 5 years ago.
Today - I am blessed with dear friends. Close friends. Friends that count on me, and friends that I can call on when I am in need.
I've discovered that friendships and the need they fill change as we mature, and as we experience this life God has given us.
I have come to know, and believe that the best friendship we can have, and share with others is our relationship with Jesus. Jesus is my reason for life, and the why life is worth living!
