This is what I eat in a day as a foodie who finally got her diet together 👀 I work out and hit 12k steps daily without fail — and I still wasn’t seeing the results I was after. Turns out the solution was always in the food. I met with a dietitian through and built a real plan around my busy life. This is what eating with a purpose actually looks like.

Made the blueberry muffins from the masters! 🫐⛳️🧁

• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon table salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 1/2 cups blueberries
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Preheat oven to 375°F
Beat butter + sugar
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in baking powder, salt, vanilla
Alternate flour + milk, mix gently
Mash some blueberries, fold all in
Scoop into muffin tin
Sprinkle sugar on top
Bake 25–30 mins until golden
