Nickeil Alexander-Walker shifts game outcomes through sheer perimeter locking power, clutch floor spacing, and absolute operational discipline.

With the Hawks hungry to make a deep postseason run, is his selfless two-way grit the missing piece that pushes Atlanta over the top?

Jock Landale is easily one of the most underrated big men in the NBA. 💪

He doesn’t get talked about much, but he’s been a consistent player who can give you size, toughness, rebounding, and solid production when he gets his opportunities.

That kind of reliable presence can be really valuable for a young Hawks team, especially when they need someone who can do the little things and bring some experience.

Don’t be surprised if Jock Landale ends up being a really important piece for Atlanta this upcoming season. 🔥

Before Trae Young eventually ended up in Washington, Atlanta reportedly explored another major trade path.

According to James Ham, the Hawks offered Trae to Sacramento in a deal centered around Zach LaVine.

The Kings declined because they weren’t fully prepared to commit to Trae long term.

Looking back now, it’s an interesting glimpse into how Atlanta was already exploring ways to move on from the Trae era before his eventual departure.

The Sacramento deal never happened.

But Trae’s time with the Hawks was clearly much closer to ending than fans may have realized.

One of Atlanta’s biggest recent trade what-ifs. 👀

Kingston Flemings landed in an ideal spot with Atlanta, bringing the poise and half-court creation skills necessary to instantly stabilize their point guard rotation.

After showing off elite floor vision and defensive energy during Summer League, can the rookie guard turn heads and secure a major role right out of the gate?

Atlanta might have found its next big-time duo.

Lu Dort and Nickeil Alexander-Walker combined for 51 points for Team Canada, giving Hawks fans an early glimpse of what could be coming.

Dort is looking to rediscover his three-point stroke after dropping to 34.4% last season.

NAW, meanwhile, is coming off a breakout year, averaging 20.8 points and helping Atlanta win 46 games.

Now both are entering Atlanta with something to prove.

If FIBA is any indication, the Hawks could be getting a dangerous two-way combination.

And this might only be the beginning.

Jalen Johnson is rapidly transforming into a full-fledged superstar for Atlanta.

Coming off an eye-popping stat line as the new engine of the franchise, can the versatile forward propel the Hawks straight into Eastern Conference contention?

Hitting the 300-block milestone in a single NBA season is one of the hardest defensive achievements in basketball history. Ever since the league started officially tracking blocks over fifty years ago, only ten total players have ever managed to pull it off.

It shows just how much the game has changed when you realize Theo Ratliff was the last person to do it all the way back in 2003–04. Rim protection at that level has truly become a lost art form in the modern era.
