Double Down!

KM Cheney Concrete Inc. Poured these two identical foundations at St Paul School in Concord, NH. Cheney Concrete Pumping pumped in top notch concrete supplied by Redimix Companies.

Mar-flex Waterproofing & Building Products 5000 waterproofing membrane was applied first and then Top Gun Board (R10 insulation, drain board and backfill protection in one product) was installed over the membrane. Top Gun Board takes the hydrostatic pressure off the wall while allowing water in to the product while maintaining its R value, directing the water down to the perimeter drains.
