💥 Fired up after yesterday’s closing! 💥

Here’s the deal — my client had a house to sell but needed some updates before listing. We pulled equity from his current home with a small HELOC — used part for the down payment on his new house and part to fix up the old one. Now he’s in his new home AND getting ready to sell the old one for top dollar. 🙌
