The first 10 days were definitely not sunshine and rainbows - Boomer was indifferent, annoyed and was just waiting for Diya to go back to whatever cloudland she came from but he slowly warmed up to her on his own terms!

He brought her Bear to play tug with 10 days later and they have played more and more every day since! She’s made Boomer play like he did when he was a puppy and seeing that again after 8 years is making me so emotional. It’ll be the single best gift Diya will ever give us 🥹❤️
