Producers' Guild of America Women's Impact Network To promote gender equity as part of the Producers' Guild of America's larger vision of diversity.

This network will support a natural form of mentorship; and will also celebrate contemporary and historical women’s film and media culture. --To create a portal for the PGA to interact with other external groups and initiatives that may benefit female producers. --To support the Women Filmmaker Initiative created by the Sundance Institute and Women In Film/LA, and their program priorities: Mentorship, Finance Education and Access; Raising Awareness through research and info sharing with industry decision makers; and Network Building with key organizations committed to gender equity in the entertainment field.

AP Council Code of Credits Conversation

Saturday, November 17th, we will be hosting a conversation to Deep Dive into the following titles via a 1 hour Conference Call:

9:00 AM PST: Non-Fiction: Coordinators
10:30 AM PST: Scripted TV: Supervising Producer
12:30 PM PST: Non-Fiction: Game Show Producers, Challenge Producers, etc.

If you have recently worked, or are currently working, under any of these titles or actively hire these roles, we would like to invite you to the conversation in order to provide your first hand experience and expertise. The Conference Call will discuss these titles, their job description and real-life applications in order to help solidify these definitions for the new Code of Credits. You can be Anywhere, USA and it would take no more than 60 minutes of your time.

The Code of Credits are vital to the PGA for two reasons: 1) It is used in vetting new members into our guild and 2) helps keep the integrity of these positions, in keeping with our Truth in Credits motto.
