Sometimes in life you can’t get more lucky.. and things work out better than you could have ever imagined.

I consider myself so lucky in a ton of ways..but maybe none more lucky than getting to be this dudes father.

Spending time with you reminds me of the best times I had with my dad… being outside in nature, playing video games, or asking a thousand questions about life.

Happy Mother’s Day to the biggest inspiration I’ve ever had in my life.

Anyone can TELL you how to live but it’s another level of influence when someone SHOWS you.

My mom has been a constant model of endurance, intelligence, and persistence.. getting a BS, MS, and PhD all while raising two young boys.

I would have never of thought that I’d be able to go to graduate school for ANYTHING if it wasn’t for her modeling and encouragement.
🎓
Despite all the ups and downs I’ve been through in my life, I’ve always felt incredibly grateful for the mother I got.

Whatever you see on social media know it is only part of the story.
I don’t really think social media is a “lie”… it can be.. but more often than not it is a “curated highlight reel” (often quoted by my bestie ).
