“How do you do it all?”
…or better yet—why is that a question we almost never ask men?

If I’m being honest, my usual answer has always been:
“I don’t know… I just do it.”

But recently, I was part of a panel talking about work-life balance, and it made me pause and really think about what that actually means for me and what real life balance looks like in this season.

Because the truth is: I don’t do it all.
And I don’t think balance means everything gets equal time.

Right now, I’m in a full season. Motherhood, business, community, life, all of it. And instead of trying to juggle it perfectly, I’ve learned to be intentional.

But I’ll be honest, yes guilt shows up.
Usually at 2am… when I should absolutely be sleeping 😆
Those “what if” thoughts…
What if my girls feel like I wasn’t there enough?
What if they wish I was at something I missed?

And that can spiral fast.

But I’ve learned to focus on what I am building.
A life where my girls get to see me create, grow, and love what I do.
A life where they’re part of it.

Balance isn’t about perfection.
It’s about intention, boundaries, and letting go of the idea that we have to do it all to be enough.

We waited, we hoped, and this weekend we finally received the news our hearts were holding onto.

Our girl is officially heading to BYU – Hawaii.
ALOHA! 🌺

This was her dream, and seeing it come true feels incredibly meaningful. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, arriving just as we captured some of her senior photos, a moment already filled with emotion and pride.

She is everything we could have ever hoped for—kind, driven, talented, and full of light. Watching her step into this next chapter is both humbling and inspiring.

We are so proud of you Rach. Always. ❤️
