I feel like no one talks about the Mother’s Day hangover. The build up, the memories, the LOVE, the sadness, the mourning, the grief, the longing, the heartbreak, the disappointment 🥺😮‍💨 it’s draining and it got me good today

compass analogy 🧭 how I try to teach my girls to get in tune with how their mind and body work together and how feelings show up somatically. BUT don’t expect them to *always* trust or use their compass bc, *brain still loading* 🤪🤪
