Sheriff Don Sowell said his investigators are working with the District Attorney's Office to determine if any criminal charges will be filed.

The Tower Point location will open 6 a.m. Sunday. (It may stay open later than 8 p.m.)

The other stores in town will switch to the new 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. hours beginning on Sunday.

PLEASE SHARE: We called and confirmed the HEB on Texas Avenue in College Station will remain open 24 hours.

The Tower Point location will open 6 a.m. Sunday. (It may stay open later than 8 p.m.)

🚨TRAFFIC ALERT🚨 Northbound Texas Ave north of George Bush Drive closed due to this single-vehicle crash. 7:27 a.m.

Police say the driver of this Nissan 350Z was southbound and slammed into a brick median. The vehicle ended up in the NB lanes. Driver was alert and talking when he was rushed to the hospital.
