This one takes me straight back.
B.C.’s Quest for Tires on the Commodore 64 was simple, frustrating, funny, and somehow impossible to stop playing.
Jump the rocks. Duck the branches. Try not to crash. Repeat until the joystick nearly gives up.
Games didn’t need 100 hours of content back then. Sometimes all it took was one screen, one goal, and that feeling of “I know I can get a little farther this time.”
Who remembers playing B.C.’s Quest for Tires?
