The keyword comment I got yesterday wasn’t even on something I posted this week.
6 new followers.
1 keyword comment.
0 sales.
I clicked into it expecting it to be on my newest post.
It wasn’t.
Someone found something I put up weeks ago and stopped scrolling long enough to comment on it.
That’s the part that got me today.
Not the number.
The fact that a post I’d basically stopped thinking about is still doing its job out there, without me touching it again.
I know we’re supposed to give a post time before deciding anything about it.
Doesn’t stop the little sting when nothing moves for a day or two anyway.
Today was proof the waiting actually means something.
Not every leaf turns at the same time either.
Some hang on green while the one right next to it goes red.
Same tree, same season, just running on a different clock.
Cozy season, unglamorous numbers, and one of my old posts just proved it wasn’t done yet.
