🧺 Here’s how to make it efficient for your body:

Hydrate before your break — don’t wait until you’re parched.

Avoid screens for the first 5 minutes if possible.

Choose a protein/fiber mix to prevent a crash.

Breathe deeply. Exhale longer than you inhale.

If safe, step outside for sunlight — 10 mins = circadian gold.
