PARKSIDE: Edgemont Avenue Shut down.

This evening, Edgemont Ave in Parkside was shut down due to a car accident with Injuries reported.

The incident taken place around 6:30pm on Edgemont Ave and near Elbon Rd this Wednesday evening. Police is redirecting Traffic to side streets. Please use caution when traveling within the area.

Edit: As of 7:30 the road is now clear.

Ridley Township Police holds three active arrest warrants for Shawn Sastre W/M/30 of Chester.

Sastre has been pretty good at hide and seek as well as harassing women. Anyone with information on Sastre is asked to call 911 or 610-532-4000.

Shawn, do the right thing and turn yourself in.

DELCO: Wawa Beverage Recall

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has just announced a recall on 3 Wawa products due to contamination from a potential foreign object.

The recall has been classified as a Class II Recall which means consuming the drinks “may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.”

The 3 products were produced by the Wawa Beverage Company. The FDA did not specify the contaminants. These products were potentially sold at Wawas in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. It is estimated that 3000 units are affected.

The products that are recalled are:

16oz plastic bottle of Wawa Strawberry Lemonade.

If you have these products, discard them away immediately or return them to a Wawa for a full refund.
