Keep an eye out for the Iowa Rugby Union squad at the LAU Midwest Thunderbirds Cup in June!

A great day at the Iowa Falls Rugby Football Club Foundation fields as we had over 60 total men and women practicing for the Iowa Senior Select Side teams with more athletes to be added to the pool soon!

For reference, a year ago at this time we hadn’t even announced the coaches, hadn’t announced the practice location, and our first practice wasn’t until mid April! As a union, we are extremely happy with the work that was put in by the athletes and coaches as this sets the foundation for the spring season and our selects program. Competition is at an all time high and all participating clubs will benefit from this!

Join us at our next practice in Iowa Falls on Sunday March 16th! If you missed today, you are still encouraged to join on March 16th! Everyone got better today, and everyone will get better at the next practice as well!
