We hear that sentiment and many iterations of it frequently enough that we decided to explore it.

Welcome to This Is Dallas Culture, a series where we interview locals who enrich the heartbeat of the city.

This week, we’re highlighting Nicole Kwon, a fashion designer and business owner. Kwonn grew up in South Korea and moved to London to study fashion design in her early twenties. She spent time in major fashion houses in cities around the world before settling in Dallas.

The NKC Store has both men’s and women’s clothes, and her goal is to produce unique items to elevate her customers’ closets in ways that make them feel confident to develop their own styles.
