Cinco de Mayo is coming to end and I am so thankful I got to spend the evening with my family at our favorite Mexican restaurant .

Growing up, it was family tradition to celebrate accomplishments by eating Mexican food. I have no idea why this tradition started, but I’m pretty it’s because margaritas were involved 🤣. Now, we celebrate everyday wins and we still meet up for Mexican food a few times a month.

This May, we are floating into one of the most magical weekends in North Alabama !

The Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon Classic is one of those experiences you just have to see in person. Watching the sky fill with colorful balloons, catching the glow at sunset, and soaking in the energy of the crowd… it never gets old.

It’s more than just hot air balloons. Think live music, food vendors, and a full weekend of community coming together in the best way. Whether you’re going for the views, the vibes, or just something different to do, this is one event worth adding to your list.
