Who's ready for the Mile High Grilled Cheese & Mac Festival at Auraria Campus - Tivoli Quad this Saturday?! 🧀❤️🧀

Sam's famous Mac Dip features homemade Mac and Cheese made with creamy American cheese that's layered with diced chorizo & topped with their famous Homemade Kickin' Green Chili and served with tortilla chips.

Sam's No. 3 is my favorite diner in Denver, and it was such an honor to meet Spero (son of Sam) and Patrick (grandson of Sam) at this Denver staple since 1927.

Patrick greeted guests like family and made a point to personally check in with guests. Every experience for me at Sam's multiple locations has been warm and welcoming. I can see why this generational family business has survived and thrived for almost a century.
