Blown away by ’s modern Mediterranean food with a twist 😍 from the fresh baked bread basket to the seasonal dishes, every bite was a flavourful experience!
Swipe right to see what we had 🤤
• cooked to perfection wagyu tri-tip with an xo sauce, black garlic, shiitake mushroom sauce and pickled cabbage skewers
• grilled Spanish octopus, gigantes beans, red chermoula, micro cilantro - our amazing and knowledgeable server recommended splitting this as an appetiser (it’s in the entree section) and agree this is a great way to kickstart the meal
• we got to taste test this AMAZING veal dish that wasn’t on the menu yet and ohhhhmyyyy it was tasty! 😳 the squash purée was absolutely done so well and loved that it was their innovative way to make use of all food bits in the kitchen. 10/10 get this when it’s on the menu!
• halibut with saffron braised fennel, roasted fingerling potatoes, caldeirada sauce, baby heirloom tomatoes
• their signature artichoke tortelloni, artichoke mousse, white truffle brodo…. I would have happily just ordered a pot of that broth 😉 it’s savoury, decadent and addicting
• a refreshing kampachi crudo with granny smith apple, fennel, watercress, apple chips, star anise vinaigrette
• the bread may be the last picture in this carousel, but it’s actually the first item that comes to the table and it’s incredible. I’m intolerant to bread 🫣 so limit my intake, but it was 💯 worth eating each piece of bread they offered in this amazing homemade bread basket. Think lavender sourdough, goat cheese biscuit…. Wish I could hoard a lifetime supply for home! 😄
