Seeking No-Experience Freelancers
Westbury Media is looking for entry-level freelancers to help with our digital marketing efforts.

Overview:
- Paid training for digital marketing certifications
- 100% remote work from anywhere opportunity.
- $15-$20/hour based on experience.
- Weekly mentoring & coaching from owner.
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Paid Software Subscriptions to Descript, Figma, Plutio

Responsibilities:
- Corresponding: scouting, scheduling, and sharing promotional materials with guests.
- Writing: Blog posts, Social Media - Posts, Emails, Show Notes.
- Editing: 60-second clips of new episodes. (We will train you to use Descript)
- Designing: Youtube Thumbnails and Social Media Posts.

Westbury Media is seeking a well-rounded junior writer to join our team.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a new writer to learn more about writing professionally in multiple industries. You will learn about editorial workflows, content marketing, and best practices of writing for the web. You will work alongside the Content Marketing Specialist and Editor-in-Chief of Westbury Media.

This position is 100% remote.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both copywriting and content writing.

Job responsibilities include:
- Writing article outlines
- Writing article content
- Writing landing page content
- Writing Client guides and onboarding materials
- Writing podcast episode outlines and on-air advertisements
- Writing show titles and notes

Candidate Qualifications:
- Knowledgable in performing basic online research on a wide range of topics
- Familiarity with best practices when it comes to website copy
- Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment where editorial processes, workflows, and client communication are regularly updated.
-Comfort with receiving critique on writing created

Please include any samples of your writing. We are especially interested in seeing landing page copy and online articles but are open to college essays, personal blog posts, or whatever other writing samples you have.
