After helping Cherry Creek to the Class 5A state baseball championship, senior Connor Larkin on Tuesday was named the Gatorade Colorado Baseball Player of the Year.

Larkin batted .457 with 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and 20 stolen bases for the Bruins.
