Spoke with the liquor store clerks & they were robbed at gunpoint lastnight, apon the robbers leaving, the clerk went after them shooting and hit one of the robbers 3 times during the gun battle . According to the clerks, the robbers shot back, hitting the deli store next door while driving away. So, as of now, 1 robber is in custody at the hospital and the other is on the run still. We will update you on the story as more info comes in.

Arvada Police are conducting an investigation in reference to a robbery where shots were fired in the area of W 80th Ave / Chase Drive. There is a large police presence. We will update as the investigation allows. No injuries reported.
