It finally happened! 💣🫣

A few nights ago as we were getting ready for bed I heard a loud bang in my office. I looked around and eventually figured out some of the cans of brown ale I made for my dad must have been infected during canning with another yeast or bacteria and it went to town on the residual sugars left behind by Windsor.

For how much beer I make it’s amazing this hasn’t happened before 🤞🏼 and I’m hoping it’s the last!

New video just went live!

Little later in the day than usual but this week I’m experimenting with mash hopping on my B40 and I’m using Incognito for the second time.

Between the mash hops, the incognito, and the Capri, this hazy IPA didn’t know what hit ‘em.
