VIshuddha Blue S.S. Records Vishuddha Blue Sound System (VBSS) is based out of Denver, Colorado and operated by Yahru El Guru an Such as Singing bowls, Gongs, and chanting.

Through vibration and movement, Vishuddha Blue Sound System aims to promote consciousness an awareness, in an atmosphere where we can gather, meditate, reason, heal, stretch, and dance. We feel we will achieve just that through Sound Healing, Meditation, The Art of Movement, Self Expression, and Closing Vibrations. Sound Healing, also known as Vibrational Medicine, is a practice that employs vibra

tions from many different instruments and voices. The opening session (30-min to an hour) begins with Vishuddha Blue playing through its 10,000 watts of sound (depending on the location) many different frequencies, chants, and healing instruments that resonate and opens up The Throat Chakra. During this session, participants are encouraged to bring their instruments to chime in on the vibrational healing. There are many forms of meditation, but for this session (30 minutes to an hour) the idea is to put away instruments and sit, lay down, or stand; whatever is more comfortable for you and relax and become centered with yourself and let the healing frequencies reverberate through you, while preparing yourself for the next session. Depending on the event, The Art of Movement could incorporate 30 minutes to an hour of different disciplines likes like Yoga, Tai Chi, or Capoeira that help in opening, healing or becoming more aware of The Throat Chakra. According to the Cambridge English Dictionary, 'Self-Expression' is the expression of one's feelings, thoughts, or ideas, especially in writing, art, music, or dance. This session, which could last for many hours, is the time to let it all out in whatever style or however style you like.
