Honestly still trying to find the right words to say, but THANK YOU for supporting me and making my first Masterclass so fun!

The energy I felt on the call was tangible and it warmed my heart to see OUR community that WE built together!!

When I started this account and the Working Dog Mommas community, I didn’t really know what to expect, but it has transformed into such a beautiful, supportive, encouraging community that I am so proud of.

Each week I love seeing you celebrate each other’s wins and encourage one another to step outside of your comfort zone. The way you all show up for one another and then showed up for me is incredible!

✨GUEST POST: Reels Tips✨Hi! I’m Debra and I run my golden retriever, Skylar’s account .the.limit. To me, Skylar’s account 1) is a fun way to bring joy to others lives, 2) is a way to not “spam” my personal insta account with Skylar content and 3) has also become a side hustle.

✳️ In the summer, I decided to commit to growing Skylar’s account and therefore, up my reel game! My most viral reel has 5.7 million views and I had less than 10k followers when I posted it. Since then I’ve had a few others hit the millions and plenty of others with hundreds of thousands.

➡️ Now, if you look at my page you may see that I have reels with under 10k views and wonder who I am to be sharing my tips on reels.

🟣 But, I think that’s just it. One of the most important things you can do to grow your account is post reels consistently and not let your low performance reels discourage you.

🔹At the end of the day, you need to create good content to grow, but even if you do, there is still a lot of luck involved, so the more you post, the better chance you have of going viral! Here are my biggest tips on reels:

1️⃣ Post reels consistently — I try 6 days a week.

2️⃣ Don’t get discouraged if a reel does not perform well initially! Reels can go viral weeks after posting. I’ve had reels that did not have a ton of views at first and then literally weeks later, go viral.

3️⃣ Use trending audio unless you have an audio in mind that you think is a perfect match for your reel.

4️⃣ Come up with an original spin on a trend. A great example of that is the trend to the audio “I’m broke but I’m happy”. I created a reel a couple weeks ago that shows my leggings covered in fur and the reel says, “Getting a golden be like: I’m *hairy* but I’m happy”. It now has close to 500k views, hundreds of likes, and thousands of shares and saves.

5️⃣ Get a conversation going! Using the example above, so many people deal with shedding and can relate to being covered in fur — so people started talking in the comments and sharing the reel with friends and THAT is how you go viral and grow!

If you are then you NEED a link in your bio to make it easy for people to navigate to your affiliate links, products or services!

Think about your follower’s experience:

❇️ if they have to DM you for a link and wait for your reply — how likely are they to buy?

❇️ if they have to scroll through your highlights (when is the last time you actually updated these) and tap through to find something — how likely are they to buy?

Make it EASY for your person to find the things you reference!

If you don’t have affiliate programs, a product or service yet— include your other platforms for people to connect with!

⚠️ Bonus points: include a call to action that is not hidden by the “more” button so people know WHY they should click the link in your bio
