Summer's smallest full moon is coming soon! 🌕🍓

The first full moon of summer—the Strawberry Moon—will reach its peak on June 29, 2026.

Despite the name, it usually glows with a warm amber or golden hue rather than bright pink. The name comes from the season when wild strawberries were traditionally harvested, making this full moon a cherished marker of early summer.

This year’s moon is extra special because it's a "Micromoon," meaning it will appear slightly smaller as it reaches its farthest point from Earth.
