ALWAYS SHOOT IN RAW and in MANUAL!

The process of making these photos look clean and professional is 2-fold:
1 - you always want to control every aspect of your exposure compensation settings during the photoshoot.
2 - you need to be able to flex and stretch, clean up and curate that raw file in such a way that makes it look edited to perfection without going overboard, ie over-edited.
