Heads up! From @desertdannyp “PSA, helmets are cool. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve been really bad about wearing my helmet. I’ve been discouraged about how expensive and fragile they’ve become. I’ve been really trying to reduce single use waste in my life however I guess you have to draw the line somewhere, after all, craniums are also likely single use and far more expensive to replace. If there’s a helmet you like, mention it in the comments. I’m in the market. If anyone has any creative ideas of how to use some smashed helmets I’d love those ideas too. Video by @redpointrobin”

Big fall! Awesome videos over at matwrightclimber “60ft trad whipper!! Whilst looking through some recent photos and videos from my time on Rhapsody, I found this mega whipper! This was the biggest fall I took, and I hit the slab hard on the pendulum. It was this fall that made me realise that even though there’s little risk of serious injury on this route, it’s definitely still far from safe. On this go, I was lucky to only bruise my arm. Thankfully I don’t need to worry about this anymore though, as I sent the route two goes after this one! 🎉🥳 whilst the falls were scary, I had such a good time on Rhapsody this year, and I’m so proud of myself for doing it.”
