Featuring a wide array of dungeon-esque mid range growls, ominous atmospheres, and intricate percussion, this is definitely a track you need in your arsenal. Our good friend Nesstrak is releasing a mesmerizing four track project entitled "Ousia", and it is every bit as sub-heavy and hypnotic as we'd expect from the badman. We really enjoyed all four tracks, but wanted to shed some light on "Scubba Dub" in particular. With roots stretching back to the early '90s, he has spent decades developing a style that is both understated and richly atmospheric, driven by deep, layered basslines and an unapologetically dark sound. Now residing in a secluded coastal town, AshSparrow operates entirely behind the scenes, favoring anonymity as a core element of his artistry. Today we are premiering a track from one of our absolute favorite artists, 11th Hour! "Shaman" is a mesmerizing ritualistic journey, integrating ominous vocal and flute melodies with intricate drum & percussion elements, gritty mid range, powerful low end movement, and a very tribal progression. 11th Hour does an amazing job of entrancing the listener, and it's always great to hear his signature style in motion. Our good friends over at After Dark Music, out of Perth, Australia are releasing this track alongside 28 others on a massive compilation in December, and we highly recommend checking out all of the tracks.

Recently we were reached out to by Ineffable Records, based out of Mexico City, Mexico. They sent their newest project, which is the Nesstrak - "Mudskipper" EP. We were blown away by all four tracks and are excited to premiere this spaciously hypnotic track entitled "Muggin". We really love the rich sound design, prominent and wobbly sub movement, and the tension between phrasing. All of the tracks are amazing and we are stoked to feature Nesstrak on AE again, long time listeners may remember his track "Hemi-Sync", which was a free download from us four years ago. This EP is definitely one you need in your collection, and we're looking forward to hearing more from Ineffable Records in the future.

We were sent an EP from our good friends over at Dread Or Dead Records, featuring 3 original tracks from Flora.noise, who is new on our radar, but has been making some really sick tunes.
