Here is the new layout for the 2026 Shades of Gray Masters Supported by Climo Disc Golf October 3-4, 2026. A couple of the planned temporary women’s tees are already in the short position. But there is a brand new position for hole 2 and two temporary women’s tees on 16 and 18. There is also a new layout for the Mini Disc Golf course and one new Putting Competition position as well. Masters appropriate Adams Hollow layout is 6218ft Par 59, the women’s layout is 5706ft Par 56. The 3rd Wingsuit Open Fundraiser disc golf tournament was a success on many levels. First the participants had a great time as laughter, fun and camaraderie was all around. Second the multitude of fundraising options including the NPPP program and a wonderfully fun 9-hole mini disc golf course in and through the trees of Johnny Roberts DGC, raised $1425.00 for music education and access for schools through the official tournament charity The Mockingbird Foundation. Third, I exposed more people to competition at the busiest disc golf course in the country. A ton of people approached me saying they didn’t know the tournament was happening. After explaining how registration had been on Disc Golf Scene for three months; most seemed surprised to learn about the separate DG Scene registration website. Opportunity unlocked.

Congratulations to all the winners who took home a trophy, part of the 250% amateur value.

Here is the final Mini Disc Golf Course map for the 3rd Wingsuit Open Fundraiser. You can download the pdf from the website or DG Scene registration and there will be printed copies on-site too. Nine holes all par 3 of the most fun you can have with a disc. Anyone can play for $10, half payout and half donated to charity. Plus you can simply buy another scorecard to try to get a better score and donate more. Please don't use any mini's larger than 4.5", like the junior sized discs. The 3rd Wingsuit Open Fundraiser is a charity disc golf tournament fundraiser and Mini Disc Golf event for The Mockingbird Foundation who supports music education and access for children’s groups and schools. Celebrating the music of Phish when they come to Denver, this is a sister event to the 11th Runaway Open ball golf fundraiser and is open to beginners and experienced players alike.

Anyone anywhere who can't make it to the event, can still support in multiple ways. Easy sponsorships starting at $25 using the SPON (sponsorship) division, straight donations to The Mockingbird Foundation through the NCS (non-competing caddy spectator) or MINI (Mini Disc Golf only not PDGA) divisions on Disc Golf Scene registration page, or purchases through the NPPP program on eBay.

Playing one round of 18 holes per day at Adams Hollow DGC October 3-4, 2026, plus Putting Competition and Mini Disc Golf extra fun events to raise funds for the official tournament charity Paul McBeth Foundation. In an effort to continue disc golf traditions of camaraderie like high-fiving all your card-mates before and after the round, I taught then asked everyone during a players meeting at the 2026 Inside The Chains to do a ‘Johnny Roberts Howl’ after each group screams start.
