The 10th Shades of Gray Masters successfully celebrated the more seasoned disc golfers with half of the field being over 60 and an average amateur value of 256%. Playing the same course as the 2017 Shades of Gray Masters which created a viral video of the incredible wind defending putts, this year got a taste of that fun too. Sorry not everyone is included. This was captured by TD when time permitted. Gusts that blew down a metal temp basket time and time again made the putting competition and mini disc golf difficult. So instead a raffle commenced after Sundays round where we raised $233 for the Paul McBeth Foundation.

With the amazingly cool news of disc golf's OG greatest ever Climo Disc Golf as well as Colorado's OG frisbee master and supporter Geoff Hungerford becoming new official tournament sponsors, the flyer needed to be updated for the 10th Shades of Gray Masters Professional Disc Golf Association C/B tier and DGMT - Disc Golf Masters Tour event October 11-12, 2025 at Adam’s Hollow DGC in Brighton, CO. The greatest disc golfer of all time started his own disc golf company this year, making some discs for those with slower arm speeds. The 10th Shades of Gray Masters is a Professional Disc Golf Association C/B tier and DGMT - Disc Golf Masters Tour event October 11-12, 2025 at Adam’s Hollow DGC in Brighton, CO. Playing one round of 18 holes per day on a masters appropriate course, so we wanted to get masters appropriate discs.

5th Inside The Chains disc golf tournament really found its stride in 2025, the second time at Rhyolite Regional Park in Castle Rock, CO. Celebrating National Disc Golf Day, 31 players endured a few lightning delays not allowing the second round to commence until all clear. Thankfully the first delay started while most were at lunch. Nevertheless everyone said they had a great day and we set an all time record of donations for a single PeaceJames Co tournament. Including the ace pool which nobody hit, we raised a total of $477 for Educational Disc Golf Experience (EDGE)! The best part is that some of that money stays in Colorado for growing the sport of disc golf. Congratulations to all of the 5th Inside The Chains winners including some trying tournament play for the first time! Huge thanks to Trash Panda Disc Golf for supporting all of our events and using 100% recycled plastic in all your discs. Course map for the 5th Inside The Chains is now available on DG Scene, PeaceJames Co event website and on our socials. Notice the 531’ hole four is a par 4 and of course some fun OB. Spots still available for this single-day Professional Disc Golf Association C-tier tournament celebrating National Disc Golf Day. This could be the last event to play this layout as there are plans for moving holes once the city is ready. The first 50 amateurs registered will receive 100% value players pack plus a chance at a trophy too. In addition there will be a raffle benefiting Educational Disc Golf Experience (EDGE) with some sweet discs and a brand new very rare old Colorado company Red Feather Disc Golf backpack bag. This backpack is decked out with features to match other seriously deluxe backpacks. Tickets can be purchased on DG Scene or on-site. 5th Inside The Chains is a single-day two-round Professional Disc Golf Association C-tier on National Disc Golf Day designed to be a comfortable first step into competition, while still fun and challenging for seasoned players too. We will be playing the standard 18 hole layout at Rhyolite Regional Park in Castle Rock, CO. Mini disc golf and the putting competition have been canceled based on no interest and schedule has been adjusted. However there will be a raffle instead to help support Educational Disc Golf Experience (EDGE). Raffle tickets can be purchased on DG Scene registration page, even if you aren’t playing and just want to support the official tournament charity. All amateurs will receive an MVP Crave, PDGA Towel, MVP Mini as well as a Trash Panda Disc Golf recycled mini. Sign up today!
