launch of first cookbook A Little Bit Extra is your new bff in the kitchen. Available now on pre-sale ✨ Why this is so special? Well aside from being on this journey of the past 3 years in the making + the years leading up to that of Reilly dreaming this one up, Reilly put every ounce of energy into this work of art.

Not only did he dream up incredible (and approachable) recipes, but cooked every single one himself, which is almost unheard of in the cookbook world, especially for a first time author. It was something so personal to him to bring to his community and he accomplished that and more.

We could not be more proud of the work he puts into his brand, his vision, and his community. This book is him in its truest form and we cannot wait to dig in 🍴

We were able to connect with other Talent Management teams, share ideas, and always push the industry forward in impactful ways - as well as hang with the LTK teams from product, leadership, to brand partnerships to share our thoughts + hear about all of the tech rolling out.

Some key takeaways (which are all things we back here) //
✨Brands are looking for creators who can genuinely connect with their audiences and have build high trust
✨AI is a tool for creativity, but will not replace human experience
✨Awareness (aka interest based) campaigns have significantly grown at LTK signaling that connection, being real, and having purpose will be cornerstones to brand casting in the coming months and years
✨Video reigns supreme (but we still believe in using Carousels to dive deeper into topics, share recaps, and create savable interest driven posts).

Day in the life of running a talent management agency // 🦊🦊 Foxes edition

We live, breathe, and sleep IKONICFOX around here ✨ every day is a new set of challenges, highs and lows, and we are more obsessed today than when we officially launched back in 2019.

This industry can be a tough one and to have long term success you have to have a long term POV, grit, a positive outlook, and determination. You have to be agile, think ahead, not get ruffled, come to the table with solves, not problems.

Seeing all of our team’s hard AF work BTS impact our incredible creators, + our brand and agency partners, and the IKONICFOX brand in such positive ways, makes it all worth it and beyond rewarding for us. ✨
